Institutional Support to Legal Sector Actors

Strengthening Justice Institutions in Laos

The JuSTICE Project is working to build a more effective and accessible justice system. Through our Institutional Support component, we help key institutions like the Ministry of Justice, the People’s Supreme Court, and the Office of the Supreme People’s Prosecutor improve the way they deliver justice. This includes strengthening legal enforcement, modernising case management, and enhancing judicial training to ensure legal professionals have the skills and tools they need. By supporting reforms and improving coordination across the justice sector, this initiative promotes a legal system that is fair, transparent, and responsive to the needs of the people of Laos.
