Law Training Methodology

Strengthening Legal Training in Laos

The JuSTICE Project is enhancing the way legal professionals are trained to ensure a more effective and fair justice system. Through our Legal Training and Methodology component, we help judges, prosecutors, and lawyers strengthen their legal reasoning and apply the law accurately and consistently. Working with key institutions like the National Institute of Justice, the Lao Bar Association and the training centres of the Court and Prosecutors’ Office, we support curriculum development, modern teaching methods, and specialised training for legal educators. By improving legal methodology and ensuring the correct application of laws, this initiative helps build a justice system that is more reliable, transparent, and responsive to the needs of society.
